Tonight it's steamed fish with Thai coconut curry sauce on a bed of jasmine rice, accompanied by stir-fry veggies.

Might even wash it down with a nice glass of ale, or three...

Tonight is Rugby League night - go Cronulla Sharks and smash the Melbourne Storm - so it'll be quick and easy oven baked fish n' chips... just bung 'em in the over for 30 mins and chuck 'em (mostly oil/fat free) onto a plate.

Just veggies or that crappy psuedo meat?

We user Lightlife products, which are actually quite good. However, if you are a vegetarian, you don't want the meat substitutes to actually taste like meat   We also put all sorts of veggies, refried beans and soy sour cream on them (not into dairy that much).  They are pretty tasty!

Last night we had Vegan Swedish meatballs over eggless noodles, and a salad.

Tonight is Vegan Chili and cornbread.

We do a lot of cooking

Yeah, I'm into natural things... like roll over honey and lettuce on top.

Tonight, however, it was chicken and prawn Thai noodles.

I get the feeling her husband isn't so keen on the collection method.

Ahhhh....for the life of a Pyrate!

Me? So. Fried Chix and Cole Slaw (yum). I'm starting to get a yen for dairy, though.....wonder why?

I cut up some pork chops into bite size pieces coated them with olive oil, salt pepper, steak spice, parsley and some balsamic vinegar and let them sit for a bit before I pan fried them, also cooked up some oriental vegetables, some rice, made a quick salad, some curly fries for the kids, garlic toast, a few cobs of corn and that was supper.  It was decent - tasted good and filled up the tummy and when the kids eat everything and ask for more, you know it was pretty good.
